Background
Firing synapses
Visceral Business began in 2008 and has nearly two decades of experience in digital transformation.
Our name refers to the kind of businesses that have the power to
fire synapses; that make new connections possible; that are agile and responsive, with all the action potential that comes from stakeholders and communities
being engaged in them.
To this, we bring strategic skills and
an extensive knowledge of data, governance and technical frameworks, looking at interaction in the round. We develop smart, dynamic relationships enriched by data, compelling brand propositions and customer experiences.
We work with a balance of commercial, public sector and not for profit organisations. Visceral Business is technically neutral, independent and able to track and develop integrated, quantifiable digital performance across any part of an organisation or its service functions.
Our ultimate goal is to make a practical and lasting difference for the people we work with - delivering a new and dynamic sense of agency
by enabling your peoples’ own skills and capabilities.
We’ve been involved in a series of key digital initiatives over the years.
As a founder member of the Business Model Innovation Hub, we were involved in the writing of The Business Model Generation Handbook, a global bestseller.
We’ve represented the Open Data Institute in Cornwall, acting as the community lead for the developing Open Data community there, working on developing valuable digital assets - Master Data Management and Corporate File Plan - with Cornwall Council and helping businesses model themselves digitally, using the insights that come from digital interaction and data.
We’ve extensive experience in digital leadership and community management with recent clients including the Department for International Trade, (DBT).
The path towards future-ready, digitally-enabled organisation is different for every organisation.
If you’re thinking about how to deliver a compelling digital advantage for yours, let’s talk.
I look forward to the opportunity
of working with you.
