Case Study
- Torus Group

 

Seamless digital delivery is rarely achieved. This project consisted of a 12 month training and mentoring support programme, delivered remotely. Working iteratively and with minimal disruption, it enabled Torus Group to develop and deliver a digital strategy that achieved results quickly, combining two different existing operating cultures in the process.
