Social Charity 2013
This 2013 Social Charity report looks at the adoption of social and networking media across over 300 charities and their stakeholders, inside and outside the organisation.
A study directly co-created with charities themselves, we also looked at the supporter perspective via a YouGov poll. The report studied areas that included which charities are gaining in strength as social brands and organisations, the use of social media platforms, the tools and technologies being used, how content is being shared and the relationship of this to donated income.
