Getting under the skin of impact
Being able to understand how and why partnerships work is one of the benefits of our insights work at Visceral Business.
On this project, we devised an in-depth research and analysis programme for The Work Foundation, to understand and develop their proposition and member experience for supporting organisations.
This helped them frame their value proposition, development plan and lifecycle of engagement to retain and open up new membership opportunities, particularly in partnership with Lancaster University.
As part of this assignment, we also facilitated a series of workshops to create a 10-week action plan that set in place a series of key performance indicators for the organisation which substantially increased online advocacy and digital interaction.
