As a thriving niche brand in a highly competitive FMCG market, Café Direct wanted to increase its distribution amongst multiple retailers.
Our work with them was designed to bring the brand to life through a digital strategy and it made a substantial difference to the brand.
To engage loyal enthusiasts, we created the Café Directors online community and 54% of newsletters subscribers signed up to that. We developed a social media brand personality and profile for Cafe Direct and established a digital culture to brand management internally, including an analytical approach that paved the way for brand growth. This was pivotal for developing advocacy, online engagement and demand for Café Direct on shelf.
Shortly after this work, Café Direct secured listings with two of the UK’s largest retailers.
