What information do we collect about you?

We collect personal data that you may give us as part of subscribing to one of our reports, by using the sign-up forms on our website or through face to face contact.

We may also collect and hold information about any contact you have with us as a current or past client; • Details of correspondence sent to you or received from you; • Project information (this is held for 2 years before it is destroyed) ; • Bank account information where invoices have been paid • Any other information provided by yourself at the request of Visceral Business.

When visitors to our website leave comments on the website the data collected is shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser ‘user agent string’ that is the browser name and version you are using to help spam detection. An anonymized string is created from your email address may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

In the unlikely situation that you might you upload images to our website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
