The Head of Manchester City Council’s 80 people strong Manchester City Council’s Performance, Intelligence and Analytics team asked Visceral Business to help develop the team’s potential to frame and deliver value using data and digital business design.
This was a group already skilled in complex analytics and predictive modelling. We helped them scope out an integrated approach to future data development, scoping data challenges in the context of wider operational perspectives and exploring ways to help lead the organization to think about how it can use performance analytics to create efficiency and effective outcomes, moving beyond metrics into dynamic data management.
This introduced a framework for quantified organisation to apply to Manchester City Council. It helped the team to develop their skills as digital leaders to accelerate learnings across the Council using data.
