Creating a blueprint for innovation

When Thames Valley Housing first embarked on their digital transformation journey, they asked Visceral Business to help them create and navigate a seamless and effective approach to making wholesale change.

We created an integrated roadmap and an innovation blueprint, making the case for Board level buy-in and establishing new ways of working.

This was a two-year project that integrated strategic planning, social media and communications, process design, internal communications and digital leadership mentoring and led to TVH becoming a benchmark in digital transformation for the sector, and one of the few organisations in the Housing sector in ownership of its own data.
