Connected Housing 2012

The 2012 Connected Housing Index is an analysis of how social housing providers are using social media. Studying over 175 housing associations over a period of six months, this report looks at digital service delivery and social media usage across Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn and incorporates Kred scores to gauge social influence and outreach.

The aim of this study was to provide the answers to a number of questions that can help housing providers develop greater utility and quality of service and build their social profile and performance as brands.
